Why do you call your company Europa (instead of Europe) though it's on Guam?
We used to carry European cars such as Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, AUDI before, but now we have mostly Japanese cars. By the way, Europa is how they call Europe in Japanese.
Do I need a Guam driver's license?
You can drive a car on Guam with your valid driver's license of your home country or your state if you are visiting Guam temporarily.
How old should I be to rent and drive a vehicle?
You can legally rent and drive a vehicle on Guam as long as you have your valid driver's license and you are 18 and over. However, additional $20/day will be charged to the drivers under 21 years old for "under-age insurance".
What do I need to rent a car?
You(Driver) need your(driver's) valid driver's license and either your(driver's) valid credit card to rent a vehicle. We will keep a sales draft ( an imprint of your credit card with your signature on it leaving the amount blank. ) as your deposit. Your credit card will not be charged at this moment. Your sales draft as deposit will be returned on returning the vehicle without any problems. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners
How many days prior to the day I rent a car can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation 2 months prior to the day you plan to rent a vehicle.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
No. However, you need to make a confirmation for your reservation within 48 hours after receiving our mail, otherwise your reservation might be cancelled automatically.
Is the insurance included in the rate?
LDW (Liability Damage Waiver) will cover damage to Third party Body Injury, Third party Property. It does not cover the vehicle you rent.

PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) is the medical coverage for the driver & the passenger

What is "deductible"?
"Deductible" is the extent of the amount the renter must pay in case any damages occur. Our insurance will cover up to $100,000.00 for the total of Third party body injury, Third party property and First party automobile.
Can I rent by hourly or half a day?
Yes, you can. But the rates showed on our web site are special discounted rates of 24 hours rental, which are more lower than few hours (approx. 3 hours) or half-a-day rental.
Do you pick me up and drop me off at the airport or a hotel?
We can pick you up at the hotels in Tumon and Tamuning during our business hours (10:00 - 18:30 everyday )*some conditions may apply. We can drop you off at only the hotels in Tumon and Tamuning for free.
Can I leave the vehicle at the parking lot of the airport or a hotel?
Yes. Leaving Vehicle service is available. Prior arrangements must be made if you plan not to return the vehicle to our office.
I'm leaving Guam after your business hours. Where can I return the car?
Please return the vehicle to our office during our business hours (10:00 - 18:30 everyday), or you can leave it at the parking lot of the airport or a hotel in Tumon and Tamuning with extra charge.
Do you offer a pick-up and drop-off service to Leo Palace Hotel?
Sorry, we don't. However, we can pick you up and drop you off at Westin Hotel since the guests can take free shuttle bus which goes around regularly between Leo Palace and Westin Hotel.
What are your business hours?
From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Open everyday.
Can I extend my rental time/days?
Yes, you can. You need to inform us of your intention of extension by phone or at our office in advance. Extension without giving us any notice will be regarded to be arrears. Late fee may be charged.
Do you have the childseats?
Yes. The child from 0 up to 2 years old must be seated in the childseat by the law. Childseat rental : $5.00/day/each.
Does one-day rental mean 24-hours rental?
Yes. One-day is equal to 24-hours, which starts from the rent-out time.
Is there the mileage charge?
No, we do not charge you for mileage, so you can drive around and around and around the island as many rounds as you want go around.
Do I have to fill up the gas when I return the car?
Yes, please. You will be charged at our company's own gas-price in case the gas is not full.
